The Rockpool approach follows a proven journey from discovery to delivery and yet the end result is a bespoke solution every time. So how do we do it? Project Management Process

Doing brilliant things with digital technology isn't easy – but it doesn't have to be painful, either. Our process makes the journey from business need to digital solution go like a dream.

  1. Stage 1:

    Discovery

    Only after we've understood your business goals and future needs can we provide a digital solution that creates growth. So we start by listening and asking questions. We gain insight through an understanding of your business needs, which leads us to consider the most appropriate ways in which to meet and exceed your expectations.

  2. Stage 2:

    Planning

    All our projects are managed using a structured process based on the Prince 2 framework. At the outset of the project your project manager will prepare specification documents that include a detailed project plan, wireframes and scope of works ensuring you know exactly what we'll be delivering and when.

  3. Stage 3:

    Design

    Your brand's integrity is important to us, and the visual impact of everything we create is crucial in communicating its qualities.

  4. Stage 4:

    Implementation

    Good design requires equally effective technology. Using the latest development techniques, our solutions will meet your current needs and also accommodate your future requirements.

  5. Stage 5:

    Delivery

    We make sure that our solutions are ready on time and within budget. Extensive testing will take place during the project build so that everything is ready for launch, meeting the specification of the project.

  6. Stage 6:

    Support

    We believe in forging a relationship together over time. Our involvement doesn't end when your finished project goes live. In addition to offering comprehensive training and support we can, for example, design and deliver an online marketing strategy that helps you monitor website responses and direct future web promotion activity.
