  • Head of Technical Development (up to £45K)

    We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Technical Development to join our Technical Development team.

    You'll be managing a team of .NET web developers working on projects for a range of exciting projects for high profile clients such as Red Bull and BP using cutting-edge technologies.

    Essential requirements for the role:

    • Proven experience in having managed a team, providing leadership and staff development
    • Solid experience in the digital / web / interactive industry
    • Good knowledge of web technologies
    • Good understanding of the development process including scoping, coding, source control, testing and releases
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills
    • Strong people management skills

    Preferred skills:

    • Experience working within a digital agency environment
    • Hands-on development experience
    • Experience of working with Microsoft web and development technologies

    Your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Line managing the Technical Development team including regular reviews of team performance, coaching and development

  • Senior User Interface Developer (up to £40K) DOE

    We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Interface Developer to join our User Interaction team.

    You will be leading a team of User Interface web developers, working on a range of exciting projects for high profile clients such as Red Bull, BP and Sky using cutting-edge technologies.

    Essential requirements for the role:

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in digital agencies or similar
    • Expert in hand coding of HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, JavaScript and JQuery
    • Passion for exploring new web technologies and educating others including
    • Experience using new HTML5 and related web APIs e.g. Canvas
    • Experience developing for mobile, tablet and touch platforms
    • Comfortable technically leading projects, leading team members and mentoring others

    Preferred skills:

    • Experience of developing CMS driven websites, ideally within a .NET environment
    • Commercial experience working with Scrum, XP or a similar Agile methodology
    • Competent in developing W3C accessible web solutions to and testing for cross browser compatibility

    We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Designer to join our User Interaction team.

    You will be joining a team of User Interface developers and Interaction architects, working on a range of exciting projects for high profile clients such as Red Bull, BP and Sky using cutting-edge technologies.

    Essential requirements for the role:

    • At least 4 years commercial creative design experience for the web with a strong visual portfolio of designs
    • Expert skills in relevant Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Excellent creative design skills and meticulous attention to detail & a passion for design innovation and typography and mobile platforms
    • A good understanding of interactive design principles, usability and online branding issues
    • Experience of designing for social media, web applications, user interfaces, and content management systems
    • An understanding and ability to run the creative process within a team environment

    Preferred skills:

    • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
    • A deep understanding of branding and marketing
    • A background in traditional graphic design

    We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team.

    You’ll be responsible for managing a key account and will work closely with the Head of Client Services and Project Delivery to ensure excellence at all levels.

    Essential requirements for the role:

    • 5 years' experience in a client facing role and a proven track record with digital technologies specifically business critical and enterprise wide applications
    • A good working knowledge of project management methodologies and experience working with large blue chip companies
